What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We have flexible shipping options to send your products. For those in Jabodetabek, we have our in-house courier and 3rd party logistic partner such as Lalamove, Gojek, and Grab. You can also pick your purchased directly from our nursery at Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

For orders from outside Jabodetabek, we will send via TIKI. If you are purchasing plants and unsure which courier you should choose, please talk to us.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we only ship internationally for pots and dried goods.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Approximately 1-2 days for Jabodetabek area and 2-5 days for capital cities all across Indonesia. It may take up to 21 days for international shipments to arrive.

We take bank transfer payments to our BCA account as well as VISA/Mastercard and GO-Pay.

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, simply browse around and select the product you want to order. Open the product page, click the add to cart button, and complete the check-out process.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Unpaid orders will automatically expire in 1 x 24 hours. If you need to amend an order you just paid, please contact us immediately via phone or email.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't have to; but an account is nice to have especially if you shop often as you can benefit from our cashback and loyalty programs.

How Do I Track My Order?

You may track your order here. You will need your receipt number and billing email address.

How Can I Return a Product?

Payment refund will take 14 days to process. You may return and/or exchange your purchase in 2 days. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the items must be in the same condition as when purchased. A purchase receipt is required to process the return/exchange.
